Change can be difficult, and it takes time, but you don't have to embark on this journey alone.
In my work with individuals, I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each person because no two people are alike. I use a holistic approach to get to know you as a whole person, while focusing on the goals you come in with. Together, we can work collaboratively to explore what has and has not worked for you in the past, what goals you want to achieve, and how best to go about reaching those goals. Individual sessions are typically 50 minutes. EMDR sessions are recommended to be longer in session length than the standard 50 minute session. Once we meet we will discuss what feels most comfortable for you based on your unique needs.
